Camco Evo Premium Water Filter

Add finer sediment filtration and carbon/KDF treatment to water entering the RV from an exterior potable-water connection. The Camco Evo Premium Water Filter uses a replaceable 5-micron spun-polypropylene cartridge followed by KDF and granular activated carbon to reduce sediment, chlorine, unwanted taste, and odor.

Filtration stages

• 5-micron outer cartridge: Captures fine suspended sediment.
• KDF media: Supports chlorine reduction and bacteria-control conditions within the filter.
• Granular activated carbon: Improves taste and odor.
• Exterior installation: Keeps the filter housing outside the RV.

Included

Filter housing, one replaceable premium spun-polypropylene cartridge, and one 12-inch extension hose.

Use and replacement

Connect only to a potable source, install in the indicated flow direction, flush the new cartridge according to Camco’s instructions, protect the housing from freezing, and replace the cartridge when flow drops or at the manufacturer’s interval.

Important limitation

This filter is not represented as a purifier and should not be relied on to make microbiologically unsafe water drinkable. The reference to bacteria control describes media performance within the filtration process; it is not a verified claim that the system removes all bacteria.
