Camco Blow Out Plug - Plastic - Screws Into Water Inlet

Connect regulated compressed air to an RV’s threaded city-water inlet during winterization. The Camco plastic blow-out plug provides a simple threaded connection so water can be pushed from plumbing lines after the system has been drained.

How it fits the winterization process

Important use guidance

1. Turn off the water heater and allow it to cool.
2. Disconnect water pressure, switch off the pump, and drain tanks and low-point drains according to the RV manual.
3. Install the plug and use only clean, dry, regulated air.
4. Open fixtures one at a time and follow the RV manufacturer’s specified pressure and sequence.
5. Remove the plug and complete any additional winterization steps required for pumps, valves, traps, filters, appliances, and the water heater.

Do not connect unrestricted shop-air pressure. Excess pressure can damage plumbing, fittings, valves, fixtures, and appliances. This plug does not replace RV antifreeze where the manufacturer requires it.
