Installation and load matching
The “XPower 3000” model name does not mean 3,000 watts continuous; the verified continuous rating is 2,500 watts. This size of 12-volt inverter demands substantial battery capacity, short correctly sized DC cables, and properly rated overcurrent protection. Modified sine wave is not suitable for every device. Follow the Xantrex manual and applicable RV electrical codes.
