Warranty & Fitment

TrailForge RV Supply wants customers to select products using verified specifications rather than appearance alone. RV components can vary by manufacturer, model, year, floorplan, production date, installed equipment, and prior modification.

Verify fitment before ordering

Compare the original component’s manufacturer, model number, part number, measurements, connector type, voltage, capacity, load rating, mounting pattern, and other relevant specifications with the product listing. The RV’s exterior model name or year alone may not identify every installed component.

If you are unsure, email support@trailforgervsupply.com before ordering. Include clear photos of the component and data plate, the RV year/make/model or VIN when relevant, the original part number, and any important measurements.

Manufacturer and supplier warranties

Some products include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Coverage, duration, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures vary by product. TrailForge will provide reasonable assistance locating applicable warranty information, but the manufacturer or supplier may make the final coverage decision.

Damage caused by incorrect fitment, improper installation, misuse, modification, overloading, failure to follow instructions, normal wear, or use outside a product’s ratings may not be covered.

Installation and safety

Follow the instructions and ratings supplied by the RV, vehicle, and component manufacturers. Towing, electrical, propane, structural, plumbing, waste, lifting, and leveling systems can create serious hazards. Use a qualified technician whenever required or when the work exceeds your experience.
