These Terms of Service govern your use of TrailForge RV Supply’s website and your purchases from TrailForge RV Supply. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked at checkout.
Products and fitment
Product information is provided to help customers identify suitable parts and accessories, but RV components can vary by manufacturer, model, year, floorplan, production date, and prior modification. Customers are responsible for checking measurements, specifications, ratings, connector types, part numbers, and manufacturer instructions before ordering or installing a product. Contact us before ordering when fitment is uncertain.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices and availability may change without notice. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, supplier availability, or other reasonable operational concerns. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Shipping and fulfillment
TrailForge works with manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners. Products may ship directly from different U.S. fulfillment locations, and a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, damaged shipments, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Return authorization is required before merchandise is shipped back.
Installation, towing, and safety
Follow all RV, vehicle, component, and product manufacturer instructions, ratings, warnings, inspection requirements, and applicable laws. Towing, electrical, propane, plumbing, lifting, leveling, waste-handling, and structural work can involve serious hazards. Use a qualified professional whenever the work exceeds your training or when required by the manufacturer or law. Never exceed a vehicle, hitch, receiver, trailer, jack, cargo carrier, electrical circuit, or component rating.
Warranties
Products may carry manufacturer or supplier warranties with their own terms and claim procedures. TrailForge does not create an additional warranty unless expressly stated in writing. See our Warranty & Fitment page for details.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, or use its content in violation of intellectual-property or other applicable rights.
Third-party services
The website and fulfillment process may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, distributors, and other service providers. Their separate terms may apply to the services they provide.
Limitation and applicable law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrailForge RV Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, product selection, installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow applicable instructions and ratings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by applicable United States and Mississippi law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer resides.
